e500 changed battery issues

I just changed the battery in the car because the other battery died. After changing the battery the air pump doesn't start and the audio buttons and radio soft buttons don't work any help would be great thanks

I don't know, man. None of those things should be an issue after changing the battery. Are you sure that everything is connected up properly, and that the battery was adequately charged? I would pull the battery out, put it on a charger, make sure that it is a group 49 or L5 or h8 size battery. Those are all the same size, just different ways of expressing the size. And I would make sure that it's fully charged. Then, I would put it back in, hooking the positive up first, then the negative. Then I would go through the procedure to reset the stability program, Windows, and sunroof. Those are posted Elsewhere on the Forum. Then, it should be fine. An AGM battery is recommended, but a sealed vrla battery will also work on our car. Be sure you have one of those two. That's about all I could suggest.

The car should have an AGM battery. Is that the type you replaced it with? Ditto on check all connections.

What battery did you change and what else did you do?
Those cars left factory with flooded battery.
AGM is optional if you really want it.

The battery is an H8 AGM Battery. Replaced the battery in Trunk. Went through the procedure to reset the stability program, Windows, and sunroof. Still have issue with those 2 things.
