Speakers in the kick panel?

Speakers in the kick panel?
For those who have the HK system, do we have speakers in the kick panel? I could see a circular grill on mine, but I don't hear anything when I increase the volume.

The circular grills seem to just be there! There are 12 speakers - 1 speaker in the center of the dash - 1 main speaker in each door - 1 small speaker on each side by the mirrors - 1 small speaker in each rear door - 2 surround speakers in the rear deck - and 1 sub-woofer in the center of the rear deck.

10 OR 12 SPEAKERS??
Now Im confused, JIM PURDY said 12 speakers, then listed only 10. 1 dash, 2 front doors, 2 by mirrors, 2 rear door, 2 rear deck and 1 sub on rear deck. If correct, then that is 10. Are there any roof/ceiling speakers? I get delivery next week, and now i dont know what to expect # wise.

Well, you learn something new every day. I just checked my car and discovered the two extra speakers in the kick panel. I'd never noticed them before.
There are actually two speakers in each rear door so the count of 12 speakers in the HK system is correct.
