Cluster lights

Fuse 64 for the rotary light switch and more. After removing the fuse the lights in the cluster went out. The fuse has been identified as one of the culprits in the parasitic draw. My question is: could the switch be the problem or is it something else?

Look at the wiring diagram or fuse card--what other circuits does fuse 64 protect--if none you have found the culprit---if others keep testing!!

F64 (N10/1 front SAM) = rotary light switch (S1) + instrument cluster (A1), steering column module (N80), and AC control unit (N22) via CAN B connector (X30/6).
