W211 E500 Turbo Question

2011 C300 4Matic
W211 E500 ECU UPGRADE
So I am planning on slapping a turbo on my E500. Got everything planned out except for the ECU. I am thinking of a piggyback, but I am afraid that the stock ECU wont work with the piggyback. And if I get a standalone I am afraid that the cars interior wont function like seats, A/C, radio, etc. Help needed please!

It can be done. A fella in NY put one on his 500.

go on IG and type in juneblood. he has multiple photos and videos of it....
