Exclamation Low whirring noise when climate control fan is on
HELP!

Low whirring noise when climate control fan is on. Whir changes speed with the engine rpm. It's loudest from the center dash vent (half circle on the top center of the dash), and audible under the glove box, but not as loud.

same issue
I have the exact same issue on a 2012 cls 550, I would love for someone to respond. Im thinking blower but havent looked into it yet

If it's the same sound, I had this happen years ago when my car was still under warranty and the blower was replaced.

The noise is from the bearing of the fan motor. It is loudest at low speed. Need to replace the fan motor to get rid of the noise.
