Urgently need help with Comand
Hi, please help me if any body have seen this problem before, or know now to fix it. I have a 07 E350 with Comand NTG1, NAV, LOGIC 7 ..... everything worked perfect. Then I bought a Media Interface from the 09 w211... I disconnected the 3 plugs from the CD changer (fiber optic, power, and control for other function), and plugged into the Media Interface. As expected, it didn't work .... when turned on the Comand power, it showed Mercedes logo for like 30 seconds, then turned off by it self. I disconnected the Media Interface and reconnected the CD changer... Now the Comand wouldn't work!! it shows the Mercedes logo and stucks there. I disconnected the battery for 5 minutes, but got the same result: Comand shows Mercedes logo and stuck there (can be turn off), but wont go pass this stage. Please anybody ran into this problem before?? and how to fix/reset the stereo/Comand?? Also because the Comand doesn't work, the clock cant be set (used to set automatically using gps signal). Other than that, everything work fine...
