'09 E550
No Crank
I have an '09 E550. A few days ago, the car did not seem to recognize the key when I inserted it into the ignition, as the car did nothing. Sometimes it would not even let me turn the key.

Today, I could turn it, but the car did not crank or react at all.

Other times, it works fine.

Any thoughts?

I was just driving down the road and everything electronic shut completely off. Radio, AC, lights, windshield wipers, gauge cluster.

So I pulled over, turned the car off, and restarted it with the spare key, and everything seems fine.

Will keep you posted. Thank you for the suggestion.
