Question 2005 E320cdi brake advice

Had my brakes redone by my indy, but they squeak when they are warm just about the time I come to a complete stop. Also, it seems now that they are disengaging the disc slower (maybe it's my imagination on that part). I told my indy to use only genuine Mercedes Benz parts because I have had bad luck with after market garbage. The labor is what is expensive, in my opinion. I had had it back 3 times for them to look it over. They would reapply the brake grease and it would reoccur. They then told me that I need to drive it more and that eventually the squeaking would quite once it had some miles on them. Should I take it to the dealership to see what's up or what? My mechanic is usually very good and I don't expect him to know everything about every car, but these cars can be very sophisticated. They said they used genuine MB parts, but I don't know where to look to verify this or if that even makes a difference on brakes for this car. I now have 57,000 miles on it. Thanks for any advice you might have. I love this car! Best car I have ever had, but this is frustrating me. Seems like such a simple fix.

I think in this case dealer is your only option.
But be prepared for proposal including all new pads and rotors.
Good luck.
I like Akebonos for no dust btw.
