What are my audio options?
Hey, I'm going to be picking up a 2003 E500 soon, and I wanted to see how to get bluetooth audio streaming set up on it. The car has Audio 50 right now -- no aux in.
My ideal end-state would be to have my phone (iPhone 6s, if it matters) automatically connect via bluetooth to stream music, and to have the steering wheel controls work to change tracks. If not that, then I'd like to either be able to connect via Lightning (+ adapters as necessary), and/or aux-in. The goal is to keep it OEM-ish as much as possible.
Right now, here are the options I've been able to find:
