Stuck lug bolt -- how to remove?

One lug bolt seems to have fused to the rotor and I can't get it loose. I sprayed it with Liquid Wrench overnight and used a 25" breaker bar, but it still won't budge. I'm thinking of calling MB Roadside Assistance. They would need to have a longer breaker bar at the very least.
Any other ideas?

Sure, if you qualify for free MB assistance, by all means use it.
Last time I called them, their service was limited to giving jump, checking the fuses and replacing the battery. They would not even carry OBD scanners.
Will be gladly hear update.
If not, use cross wrench to avoid bending force.

impact gun.
If you don't have one and don't want to get one, then $15 and a nail. Run over the nail, go to a tire shop and have them fix the tire. They'll deal with the lug nut when they fix the tire.

Now way to remove this type , but to drill it out If it still has the lug nut still on , then the local tyre co will remove it for a fee ..But looking at them its the type with a small diam shoulder on .Then this is the place it shears off

The outcome...

I called MB Roadside Assistance and they came over within a half hour.

The mechanic took out a 25" breaker bar made by Snap-on. He gave the tool a solid push and it came loose with a click sound. He said the trick was to push in one sudden motion. I was being too gentle -- or maybe his tool had less flex in it than mine. Just before he came over, I loosened all the other lug bolts in case others were stuck. I applied anti-seize oil to each and then re-torqued them.

The mechanic put this down as a flat tire change. He was gone in under two minutes, and I was happy.

Good news Long island .And a good step for you to use anti - seize . I use copperslip. Never mind what other say .You will find a lot of members that dont like to put anything on the lug bolts. I have used aditive on the lug bolts for 50 years or more , and on the hub face with out a problem ..I do check them every 6 months and torque them to specs.

I was putting very tiny amount of grease on lug bolts when living in snow zone, but nothing in California and have vehicles where bolts/nuts have not been touch for 3-4 years.
Bare in mind you should adjust torque on bolts with some lubricant.

Fan of Permatex anti-seize compound on the lug/bolt threads myself. Works well and I have yet to have a wheel fall off at speed.
It's also (obviously) handy on exhaust manifold bolts and other places that experience high heat or corrosion.

I live long enough to have experience how it feels to be chased by your own wheel and also how to dodge lug nuts flying over your head on freeway at 70 mph
Sometimes the small difference in application make big difference in results.
