My source is NetStar (the actual MB dealer ordering software). I placed an order for an '05, and there are limited options for the CDI. The premium package is still listed, but I want a panorama roof instead of the glass roof.

I heard from at least three dealers I usually work with that most likely CDI will not have ADS2 available (at least for now). That means that the only restriction would be Appearance package (damnt it!)
The other options that would be excluded (noted by Adobe earlier), i.e. comfort package, solar panels, 4-zone climate control, and heated steering wheel - that is kinda news to me....
Anyways, noone will know for sure since even pricing is not revealed yet.
First E320CDI hitting East cost on or about 04/15 (they already in the sea as we speak).
I should be able to take a test drive on April 19-20.
At that time MBUSA must post all info necessary for order (i.e. option list and pricing info - that suspected to be the same as on gas powered E320).
