211 E350 4Matic can comms problems

Hello, Ive got a 2008 E350 4Matic that has a bunch of Can communication codes between the ABR/ESP module, the engine module and the steering column module (This module has no stored or pending codes), this happens when cold on initial start up. The symptoms are ESP malfunction, cruise control inop, Pre-safe inop, check engine lamp on TPMS lamp comes on, speedometer is inop and vehicle will not shift out of first gear. The stored codes in the ABR are as follows: C0D43,C3206,C0840.C073D,C3393,C3251. The engine module codes are:P1373 and P0925 the shift module codes are P1876, P2012 the EGS codes are U0121 and lastly the instrument panel has these codes: B1101 and B1104. My issue is available information, i am unfortunatly using ProDemand from Mitchell 1 which sucks out loud!!!!! I know this is a hail Mary throw out for some of you Benz techs but if you have run into a similar problem any help would be greatly appreciated!! FYI New ABR complete hydraulic unit

Vin # WDBUF87X48B208740 And yes it seems to be cold related, if you drive the car for two to three drive cycles even the engine lamp goes out. I cleaned the grounds and disconnected the ABR and reconnected to make sure i did not have any problems with connections. I started it this morning and it was -8' and it did not happen but i also did not start driving for at least 20 minutes

What are your wheel speed sensor actual values? can you look at those? if you can go into all of these control units and look at faults then i would presume it isn't a module issue, more like a component taking all the systems down.
