Thumbs up Service Brake - Visit Workshop

Hello Everyone,

I am having Benz w211 (E500, 2004 Avantgrade). From last 1 month i have facing problem with service brake error. When checked on DAS, it show error code C2653 or some times C2655. Which is showing to replace BoU (Master Cylinder). I have changed 4 used BoU's. but still the same, then i changed twice SBC unit (Used), still no luck. also changed SBC computer, Brake light sensor and yesterday also changed Brake pads sensors front and rear.
After doing all the above said, i am still having (SERVICE BRAKE - VISIT WORKSHOP) message. DAS is keep showing the same error message
(B37/1 - (SBC Pedal Value Sensor).

Can anyone help with this issue.

Regards,
Areeb Hassan.

With all the time and money spent on replacing all these used units, you should have indeed visited the Mercedes Benz workshop by now in order to have the trained specialists identify and fix your issue.

Im having a similar issue; except the code is C2697 Hydraulic fault: BOU. I swapped out the BOU (master cylinder) and still unable to reset the red dash light. Have you been able to resolve the issue?

Did you have the SBC changed out at a dealer or did you do it yourself? Just wondering because once the unit is replaced, it needs to be set to your car using the STAR system.
