2003 e500 Electrical issue

Hello,

Everything electrical inside the vehicle has died... no cluster, no power windows or seats... no turn signals no wipers... absolutely nothing... Car starts and runs like a champion. I checked all the fuses and non are blown... Drivers side headlight and fog works but passenger stopped... Key functions don't work also, lock or unlock don't work... but car starts fine... Radio is not effected as it works fine... is there a main computer that control all this and its dead?

I tried unplugging batter in the truck and the little one under the hood but it didn't reset anything...

anyone have any ideas?

Water has entered something. check your front sam, next to brake fluid tank. there's a cover over it... remove cover and inspect. OR rats have chewed through some wires you can't see. My advice, if this is your baby take it to a dealership (it will cost some coin but more then likely will repaired correctly) if not, sell it.

You need to look at a wiring diagram and see what circuit all the interior electronic units are on and go from there.... STAR wiring and or WIS has wiring diagrams also. Good luck!
