SBC Update
I have started a new thread in the hope that those that are suffering the obtrusive noise have mentioned their model and year of build.
I expect the majority of complaints to come from the US, because the majority of subscribers reside in that country. I am going to vote for a colleague here in the UK who has an E500 and has complained several times about the high level of noise coming from the SBC system.
From the previous threads that I have read on this subject it would appear that the great majority of vehicles that suffer this problem are, unfortunately E500's. Sadly those that have complained have not followed up with the model details.
There have been owners of E320's that are suffering option '2' but so far that is it.
Now I have no knowledge of how SBC works, but could it be that some vehicles are getting slightly to much pressure and this then 'aggravates' the system and makes the noises that are being complained about??????
Please keep the details coming in on the 'Poll' thread, so that we can all try and see just how bad this problem is.
