2009 e350 wagon purchase
Just looking for a quick primer on a 2009 e350 wagon. One owner according to car fax 67k. Seems kosher but wanting quick info for anything to be aware of... have a w210 98 model that has been a 2007 purchase at 170k and great 220k mileag now. weekly driver and know the basics but just want to know if there is anything I should be aware of... I've searched the posts but haven't seen anything that made me reluctant...thanks in advance :-) not afraid of general upkeep just want to know of any issues major wise. 210 is still a great car but getting to the point of 1k per visit etc to my mechanic. Still get 23 mpg. Always dealer maintained or mb certified mech. My sister bought at 10k and I purchased at 170k

By 2009 the w211 was a solid car and the engine issues and transmission issues were gone. Check maintenance history and if they don't have any negotiate that into price so you can get car up to date. A PPI would be very helpful to make sure you don't miss something.
The transmission should be serviced every 39,000 miles and is commonly overlooked it seems so I would have that done if you can't find records.
