Swap from E500 airmatic to E320 standard suspension?

Swap from E500 airmatic to E320 standard suspension?
My latest project car, a 2003 E500 seems to have the typical air suspension problems that seem to affect most of these cars.
Id like to swap to a traditional coil spring setup, most threads are leading me into the direction of buying a set of coilovers or a Strutmasters kit but recently coming across a decent amount of W211 E320's with coil springs is making me wonder if i can just swap over those parts?
which parts would i need apart from the shock/spring combo from one of the junked E320's?
