09 e350 fuel pump voltage issue?
Drove the car just fine yesterday and stopped for a few minutes at walgreens. When I tried to start the car again, it cranked but either wouldn't start or would sputter and shake real bad for a few seconds and then shut off. The dash lights up but no CEL and doesn't throw a code.
We check the relay and fuse for the fuel pump and they looked fine and the relay clinked when turning on the ignition. So we go to the pump under the driver side rear seat and it read 0 volts with the ignition on. When the engine was cranking it would go up to about 10.6 volts but otherwise nothing. What would this mean? Anything else I should check? The car only has 26k miles so it probably sat for sometime before I bought it, if that makes a difference.

Voltage tested at the pump, relay and fuse. The pump was not getting power when turning the key on. Jumped the relay and the pump now had 12 volts. Replaced the relay with a new one but again had no power at the pump? Other than power, is there something else that tells the pump to turn on? The harness connector to the pump has 5 wires, what are the two blue and one green/Brown wires?
