You are looking at thousands of $. There are hundreds of parts that need to be swapped and the seat bottom cover alone is $600. Best bet is to find an owner with black interior that wants grey and then both of you are looking at a week of work.

As said above you are looking at a lot of money and time spent for an underwhelming result.

However you can achieve a clean OEM look by using 3M black wrap (I would suggest 3M Black Carbon Fiber for extra nice look). 3M wraps have actual texture that make them look and feel very realistic and professional.

You will need plastic trim tools, a hairdrier and of course the wrap. All available on Amazon.

I have done this several times on different car trims and it has always come out to look OEM. Buy extra wrap so you can practice and exchange failed pieces when you inevitable screw them up.

Very cheap way to spice up any piece of interior trim and you will learn a new skill, that has been quite useful honestly.
