What are sensors reading? When engine not run they should show same value. Are reading changing when revving engine?

Hello Dilatha,

Black Smoke at such a Low RPM. Start by Checking Leakages at the Nozzle areas, uninstall and Clean EGR and Also check that Your Intercooler isn't leaking Air. Smoking Means either Flooding Nozzle Injectors or Insufficient Air Injection into the Combustion Chambers. It could mean that you didn't use LowAsh Engine Oil.

Let me know what you find out.
