2005 e220 211006 brake fluid question
hello

I asked the mechanic to change the brake fluid of my mercedes but he mentioned that I have to sign that there is a risk of 5% that we will damage the SBC, because the SBC system sometimes doesnt work well with different viscosity. He said that the brake fluid should be DOT 5,1.

Now I am afraid to change it and I dont know if and when it is changed the last time, because I dont have a service history.

Any suggestion what to do ?

You need DOT4+ and a new mechanic.....
SBC is not special.
Spec is MB331.0
