I'm leaning more and more towards getting a new 2004 E320.

Adobe, your are correct on this about the 2004.
I wonder what MB is doing? Is 2005 going to be a "partial year" for the E320, will the E350 be introduced mid-year? Will the E350 have more content? Also, the E will likely get some kind of mid model run "facelift" for the 2006 MY, could this be the first facelift that DELETES equipment at the rate they are going!
