Looking at a 08 E350 4Matic with the AMG Sport package. 85K miles

is 12.5k too much? Scheduled a PPI before I decide to buy.

VIN: WDBUF87X58B303095

That's more than I'd pay and I'm currently looking for a 2007-2009 E350 for a DD. There's a ton of those cars for sale here (SF Bay Area) and I have no clue what the market is like in CO. Price could be on point for there.

If you like, it's clean, the PPI doesn't show anything bad then go for it. All that matters is that you're ok with the price you paid.

Post the ad or if you aren't comfortable doing that throw up some pics of it.

Really depends on what options you're interested in. Pano roof, P2 (bixenons/keyless go) parktronic are some of the popular ones. Lots of cars mentioned have nothing. I probably paid 2-3k over what a regular car would have cost, but I got a lot more options and I'm super happy with it.
