I think that you have to disable the airmatic via das/xentry

Check Arnot site. They should have dummy chip.

I also have this problem.
I own a E280 CDI T-modell from 2005 and i made the conversion on the rear with Arnott springs.

In the instructions they say to remove the connector from the rear suspension unit, and after that , no error came on dasboard, but SURPRISE in the night. The xenon headlights doesn't make anymore the autoleveling, because te rear axle sensor .

So i was forced to put the connector back and remain with malfunction in dashboard, and the xenon autoleveling works again.
I did send this infos to Arnott and they passed the problem to their research and development department. Hope that anyone figures this out.

Arnotts refuses to sell their bypass module separately

Is it possible to install resistors to trick the signal ??

Ps I couldn't be more happy with the coil springs

So with their module does it simple plug into the rear harness and no splicing of the wires is correct

Would you be able to post up a photo of their module , I'm pretty sure this unit could be made up with resistors spliced into the front and rear sensors

Try using a multi-meter to measure the in-line resistance of the solenoids in your now-removed air springs.

Ha! The autoleveling works by adjustment of the inflation of the air springs.
