Transfer case bind
Having an issue with the transfer case binding up on me. Right now it's only happening on cold starts and sharp turns. Once the car warms up a bit it doesn't appear to be an issue.
I initially changed the fluid a little over a year/15k miles ago. Over the winter this started happening and I changed the fluid again and the problem went away for about 1200 miles. When it started acting up again I tried another fluid change and this time it was working fine for a little over 3000 miles. I used the MB transfer case fluid (001989230310) on each of the 3 changes. Level was filled correctly. Is there some additive or other fluid options I should be trying or am I looking at having to replace the transfer case?
