Key fob won't roll down window?
Hey everyone, just thought anyone might have experience same issue I have. I know when you hold down the unlock button to your car for a few seconds, the windows should roll down. So mine didn't even work, so I thought I should read my owner's manual how to reset it, followed by pulling fuse and reset it, so I tried it and it didn't work. Am I missing something here?

The summer convenience feature gets dicey over time. In my case, it was a bad solder joint on a sensor. See post #16 on this link for a youTube video on that and how to access it. This is not a terribly hard job if you choose to look into it.

funny you gave me the suggestion, yes the bright sunlight did the trick. SO it WORKS!! whew, but that black square was kind of dullish looking, so I thought maybe it blocking the IR sensor.

Thank you Jimbo for the video.
I heated the epoxy off and scraped the two distal and three proximal circuits clean. It worked. The circuits weren't obviously broken, feature works, so no solder. Sealed it with RTV black gasket goo. $30 heat gun, magnifying glass $8 and suction bench vise $22 from Harbor Frieght.
And closing the windows by holding the fob lock key while touching the handle works too. Twofer.
Again thanks.
