tele aid activation
I have tele aid in 03 mercedes e500 ws wondering if it was worth activating

Short answer: No.
Long answer: The technology associated with it went obsolete long ago. To update the car's tech to match today's cell service would not be cheap. As I understand it.

You're better off just carrying your cell phone and a AAA subscription.
