Service C Cost on a 2008 MB E350
#3
Service cost can vary quite a bit across different regions, and even dealerships in the same area can have different prices especially if they're independently owned instead of corporate owned. Best thing to do is call and ask, and also be sure to check out each dealer's web site for any service coupons that may be available. I've also heard that dealers in the same area will price match each other's coupons, doesn't hurt to ask.
The service schedule (at least in Canada) was changed some time ago, and they no longer do the A, B, C, D, E, F services. The new schedule is an alternating A and B service, with other items added on depending on time/mileage/condition. A brake fluid replacement is almost always done at the same time as a service B, as the interval is two years. I think they did that to make it easier to the customer to understand what work was to be done when.
How many miles are on your car, and what was the last service you had done?
