Sacrifice CD changer for aux?

I've seen this before but searching the forums I can only find Bluetooth setups I am looking for a true aux headphone input, if I want Bluetooth, I can always plug it inti the aux.

I have the Audio 50, I believe. Pictured below.

I don't know if those decks can do it, but there's no aux input in the glove box?

No sir, no aux of any kind, not even an option to select on the head unit. I have FM/AM/WB/CD/TAPE

The part I'm looking for, I believe, connects via fiber optic cable to the cd changer? I may be mistaken, but I recall some kit or cable that would allow to sacrifice the CD changer in favor of AUX or Bluetooth
