Hello, I hope someone can help.
I'm trying to reset the the SBC counter using the STAR C3, however, I can't get into the section which I assume is the developer mode. The software is asking me for a password that i do not have. ( I bought this thing from Aliexpress)
Can anyone generate this password? I would love to not have to take this car in to the dealer.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

Why would you want to reset the counter? So the unit can fail without warning? Good luck convincing a member to take on that responsibility for ya.
