Questions about my E320 CDI
Hello!
I知 new to the forum and Benz in general. I have a few questions about my E-Class after about 2 weeks of driving it.
1) Should I straight pipe it? I知 a teenager and I have to be as flamboyant and obnoxious as possible when I知 in my high school痴 parking lot. Just kidding, I just really love the sound of diesels and I would like to hear it when I知 driving.
2) Again with the obnoxious part, when I知 still like in park or neutral, I can稚 hear the turbo spooling. Why is that?
3) Now, I would like to have a E55 AMG, but with a diesel. So really I知 trying to find good, yet tasteful upgrades for the car.

1) No. It's a Mercedes not a Ford Fiesta.
2) Because it's a Mercedes, not a Subaru WRX.
3) You could probably find a chip for it, but then you need to worry about everything downstream of the engine output shaft and whether it can handle the torque.
Part of being cool is not trying. Just say'n.
(you could probably remove some engine covers to make it louder. Cost is zero.) DON'T put AMG badges or logos on the car or you WILL look like a schmuck. Chicks don't dig schmucks.
