2006 E350 Mercedes idling badly and transmission slow gear change
After changing all pulleys and serpentine belt. My mercedes is idling badly and running poorly. In addition, the intake manifold was also changed. After all of these changes code po0016 and po0017 came up. What can I do to fix these problems?

I believe those are standard codes for the balance shaft problem that affects all 2006 and some 2007 E350's. Have the mechanic check for wear. There's a few videos on youtube that mention a couple ways to do it. If you're lucky, it's just the cam magnets, but it usually turns out not to be the case when those two codes are involved.

Enter VIN here https://www.datamb.com/ if engine # is below 30 468993 consider checking balance shaft for a worst case scenario
if fine, next step I suggest revisiting work done and replacing all 4 solenoids especially if part # 272051007 is installed – current modified part # is 2720510177.
FYI not sure how you pulled fault codes, using MB DAS (diagnostics) may show 1200/1208 if, in fact, it is the balance shaft.
