I just replaced the plastic components on the intake manifold after I removed it from the engine. When I put engine bay back together and started the car, it gave a CEL which would sometimes flash. The car would idle rough too. I decided to replace the seals on the fuel injectors but that didn't help. Problem is only on cylinder 4. Could it be I need new gaskets or a new coil?

This problem didn't exist before the repair. Any help would be appreciated.
