I have a 2008 E350 4matic and I have changed the fuel pump relay I have verified that the fuel pump is good all my spark plugs, battery,starter and alternator is good. I have also changed the cranks position sensor. I can drive the car to work to lunch and then maybe the 4th or 5th time it won't start. I have to get it towed and then the next morning it will start up but once it gets hot and you turn the car off it won't start.

Have you changed the camshaft hal sensor too? Is the Engine light on?

No check engine light I didn't change the camshaft sensor
