I had a red battery service light come on along with a periodic functions temporary unavailable light. So I changed alternator, both batteries. Still same problem. What else can I do? Please help

Next step, consider replacing battery control module (BCM). Definitive diagnose have someone pull fault codes – STAR: Control Units > Body > BCM- Battery Control Module > Fault Codes. See attachment for compatible part #s.
