hi , Driver's door in e 240 is closed and key and remote not working , door is lock ,How can i open the door. Do not open from inside.

You can't unlock the door or you can't open the door? When you try to open it with the inside door handle nothing happens?

....remote batteries could be dead....can you manually pull the knobs up to open? May have to take panel off to reseed wire that supports opening door?
