2004 E500
Probably depends on the car... I just got an E500 w/Premium and Appearance packages last week. MSRP was $63,105 (including gas guzzler and destination) and invoice was $58,808. I paid $60K even. Probably could have got a better price since $60K was agreed to very easily.

Where are you located? In SoCal, for an E320, you should be getting $1000-2000 under invoice. Apparently it's a bit tougher to get those prices in some other parts of the country.
