2007 E350, 2007 CLK63 AMG

Gauge cluster knob broken

The knob on the left side of the gauge cluster is broken/missing on my 2007 E350. Is it possible to buy just this part somewhere? I hate the idea of buying an entire new cluster off ebay just to salvage a single plastic part from it.
