Arnott coil conversion kit for e500 4matic?

Arnott coil conversion kit for e500 4matic?
So i was looking up an Arnott coil conversion kit for my 2004 e500 4matic, but couldn't find one for the 4matic model. does anyone know why? should i just go with Strutmaster?

Arnott does not offer kit for 4Matic, only for RWD. I emailed them and they didn't have any plan to provide converter kit for AWD 211.
strutmaster was the only choice however I had less than pleasant experience with them. The kit number was mf24fm, front was too low to cause camber problem so I did a lot of job on tear down the strut, adding speacers and installing, for several times...... In one word, a set of suspension from a salvaged E350M seems to be a better choice.

I did a search and they used to sell those conversion kits. I went on eBay and saw a couple of brand names coilover setups, maybe those will do around 900 for all four. Don’t know if you need a special piece to convert from air to coils.

Arnott currently does not have a conversion kit for the W211 but there are multiple kits in the planning stage including one for the W211 E-Class w/Airmatic and 4MATIC. I see that kit, C-2663, listed in the 2018 Catalog as Coming Soon. Because it depends on other projects and parts I have no ETA but it could be mid 2018. I'll keep you posted.

have e500 4matic couldn’t find anything salvaged and painful to get new ones for $1200 specially car cost $2000

I bought the conversion coilover kit from Arnott after the air suspension needed repairs for a second time. dealer wanted 1700 for each airbag. This was 2 years ago and I dont regret it at all.
I probably wouldnt have the car now if it wasnt for the coilover kit, really comforting knowing I wont have to deal with leaking airbags or stop car too low messages ever again. I hope you find something

UPDATE!
just got coilovers from strutmaster for my e500 2004 4matic and had over 200$ discount!
I know someone mentioned that they might have a height problem at the front but they assured it's all fixed now.
look for my other post for installation update.

Its great. I sold the car long time ago. But it was amazing and I enjoyed driving it everyday.
straight forward installation in my garage.
only thing to mention you need to remove the front axles while removing/installing the front strut.
