Will this wheel/tire setup work on my 07 E350?

I've done tons of searching, but I want to make sure this setup will fit before I order everything. My car is an 07 E350, non airmatic, non sport, stock ride height (for now). I have read that non-airmatic cars have less clearance for wheels/tires than airmatic cars. Anyone know if this is true? Here is the setup I am planning:

Wheels: Niche Essen
Tires: Hankook Ventus V12 Evo2
Front: 19x8.5 ET 35 245/35-19
Rear: 19.10 ET 40 285/30-19

The main thing I'm not sure about is the rears. I have found plenty of posts with people running 285 in the rear with no rubbing, but they were all either airmatic or AMG cars.

The fronts will fit for sure. The rears I don't know.

I've bought a couple of sets of wheels from www.carid.com and they were willing to contact the manufacturer for me to see if a certain wheel size would fit (they only show guaranteed fitment on their site). They have great customer service and it may be worth a shot to see what they say. I believe they're a forum sponsor as well.

...Or drive down to one of the local tire/wheel shop...the shop would gladly help you out, and try to get your business in the process.

If you're not sure if it would fit, head down to the wheel/tire shop and let em know. They will work it around. Mine did. I have 20x9/10.5 and 245/35 and 275/30 in rear, stretched. I just bought 285/30 for rear and by my understanding of measurements, it should definitely fit. It's just 1 cm wider. In case they do rub, I will have them rolled and pulled. I had to roll/pull the front ones cuz i dropped it like 2-2.5 inches and the suspension was on soft damping and now I have it on max stiff. However, I do get a little rub on the plastic cover like once or twice a week depending on the road, it's nothing.

But do check with a shop. They will give you a better idea and the offset numbers. It really depends on how much you drop the ride in order for tires to rub.
