Trunk problem 2003 e400cdi
Hello, I need a little bit help with my Mercedes.
So, when I push the red button from trunk which closes it..... It will go all the way down, but it doesn't lock the trunk and it pops up as fast it goes down......
There used to be small weird noise when the trunk went down, but now I can`t hear it anymore..... And yes the handle bar is up, its not stuck....(common issue
)
When I use the hand bar for opening the trunk manually, the lock latch actuator works fine...... So what do you guys think? I check already fuses and nothing wrong there...
Could it be broken wire or something similar? The trunk actually works fine, only this small problem which came up after cold weather...
