Mercedes Benz 320 CDI W220 2003
Dead Battery over night!

Hi, I own a S320cdi w220 2003, and im having a dead battery problem every morning. Every time I try to start the car, it sometimes gives some cranks, but fails to start. Also the Glow Light symbol will come on for a few mins after I start the car with or without jumps tarting the car every time. The battery is ok, the alternator is ok, while engine on it stays on 14V on the dashboard screen. It only happens when the car is left parked over night. Also my dashboard works slower when the car is cold. is the cold somehow affecting the car's electricity?

How old is your battery? Might want to replace both of them if the battery is older than 5 years.

2003 E500, 2004 G35X
Something in the car is draining the battery. Have it checked out where the drain is coming from. When the battery is drained overnight, could be stereo system which use more power. I used to have a G35X, had the same issue, even with a new battery. Turned out to be the factory Bose amp which was known to drain battery after a few years. Had to switched out Bose amp. Infiniti knew about this because it happened to just about every 2002-2004 G35, but Infiniti ignored it, should have been recalled. But since it was not a safety issue, Infiniti just pretended it never happened. Will never buy any Nissan made!
