Mercedes e 280 cdi
Power steering

Hi guys . I have mercedes e280 cdi 3.0l diesel v6 engine. The steering wheel gets heavy when i start to drive and turning corners even with very low speed 10 mph. But its fine when the car is stopped. I have put it in dyno mode once and it was drive perfect for around 7 or 8 minuets and then the problem start again.

You have to give more information like where you are and what year is your car. It is likely that you have a non-US model. My E500 has a proportional valve on the steering hydraulic that is known to get sticky when old. Hard to turn in freezing temperatures, it is expensive though.
