Dash display issue

Hi

My car 4 weeks old 3000 miles. New rear shocks fitted after first week.

Went out today and the Nav, audio and tel will not display in the dash. I am getting: Audio ---, Tel ---, Nav ---.
stopped the car and shut off, restarted and still same. All other displays are working in dash. Looks like it is only the comand functions.

Anyone know of this problem please.

If still same when I start up in morning I will be on to the dealer again. Why am I not suprised that I have another issue.

I really love my car but without the problems.

Might try pulling the fuses related to COMAND. I believe those fuses are right above the battery in the trunk, under the covers.

Hi

Car has been checked today, phone control module in boot is faulty. Needs replacing. The whole comand system is on a fibre optic ring. If one goes the rest will not dislay in the dash. What would I do if the car did not keep me busy.

Hi

I am just not having any luck. But not MB fault.

2 hours after returning home with my car fixed, my 11 yr old son came in and said that the boy down the road had used a tennis racket to hit a stone in the air and it had crashed down on my car on the drive. Went and checked and right in the middle of the bonnet a dent right through to the bare metal. Car needs to go in for 3 days for a complete bonnet respray etc. Car is bloody 4 weeks old, this is just unbelievable. Somebody is telling me I don't deserve a Mercedes

He said bloody. HAHAHA. Sorry, I just hadn't heard that since my Irish grandmother passed.
