Slow to reach normal op temperature

Hi,
This is too general a question for searching so, I figured a new thread may narrow the answers.
My son's '07 E350 is very slow to reach normal operating temperature. 20 to 30 minutes at ~35 mph.
Very different than my CLS which comes to temp in half that time.

Any thoughts? Thermostat stuck open maybe?

Very common failure. It's a Wahler, got mine last time on Amazon although they misspelled the name.

Amazon Amazon

As you have to take one of the pulleys off to replace it, I'd get the tensioner/belt/pulley kit too if you haven't changed it.
