How do I un-pair a phone from the car?
I have the Bluetooth MHI unit in the console. How do I un-pair a phone from this?

I'm sure Youtube will have a video for your car if your owner's COMAND manual doesn't show you how.

Or you could just hit the reset button on the service menu.

Should have option once you highlight the phone on car menu.
But why do you care? When I got my W212 it had like dozen phones in memory. Strange names. I eventually erase them to avoid clutter, but when everything works automatically - you never see it.

I found the answer in the Bluetooth puck accessory manual. You need to do this when you sell the car to erase your contacts. I also deleted my navigation memory points. There seemed to be no way to delete the HOME address (I guess MB figures you're not homeless) so I set it to one of the MB dealerships in the area.

Contacts are stored on your phone, not on car memory.
