I got my bc racing airmatic to coilover conversion kit. My e500 had one strut go bad which caused my other front to go bad and while i was waiting to get to work to tare it down, the backs went out just sitting. So im done with the hassle and head ache. Also the body roll of 60+ mph is about the same as a ford explorer nothing of what a luxury sports car should handle like. So i went with coilovers to get rid of the airmatic worry, get a more agressive look and handle a million times better. All while saving money. The kit is a 02-09 coilovers kit for airmatic cars. It comes with everything needed EXCEPT lower control arms from a w211 e350 since its the same set up minus airmatic struts so makes you able to bolt the coils right in with no moding. The set up is also rediculously cheaper i paid 1000 for 2 front adjustable struts, 2 rear struts and 2 rear spring, all the lowering keys and play by play instructions. I couldnt be happier with the quality and also the time it took to get her. I ordered in on a saturday by the end of the day my order was already being processed and by monday they were being sent out and received friday morning and this is all with there free shipping opition. Im beyond pleased with my buy. Ill post pics of the packaging and all supplys that comes with. Anyone debating on converting or what to convert to. Get rid of the airmatic and get the bc coilovers. There a 30 way adjustable strut. Top mount dampening adjustments. There already preset close to factory height if thats what your looking for. Ill also post all up dates of how the conversion goes, any issues if any and after pics and maybe a video review. Stay tuned, after this im going to eurpcharged to get my ecu and tcu tuned so will also do before vids, dyno vids and after aswell. Heres pics of coilovers:
