Hi, luckily I haven't had to tap into the sites knowledge too much over the ownership of my 08 e350, 138k, but today I got a CEL and plugged into my scanner to find this... thoughts? Hopefully it isn't the balancer. Car isn't running rough at all.

 

Clear codes if they return:
0983 P0351 ignition coil cylinder 1
Move coil to another location if fault follows replace coil. If coils and spark plugs were never changed consider replacing all for peace of mind.

0060 P0015 exhaust camshaft
Replace lower right solenoid (magnet) if old part # is found replace all 4 to new modified part #.

0856 P0128 thermostat valve
Replace thermostat.
