I have delayed installing rooftop antenna for a Wilson Sleek Signal Booster for some time mainly because I have so far not been able to find anyone who has done it on W211. Tried searching here but no luck.

The phone (iPhone 5) is already connected via Bluetooth and works fine hands-free, but I would like to have external antenna for the booster due to travel in remote areas where phone reception is spotty.

The car is: 2008 E320 BlueTec, WDBUF22X58B236356 and has code 414 tilt / slide glass sunroof.

I am thinking best location would be in front of the sunroof, half way in-between sunroof and the windshield framing.

Has anyone here done it, if so any comments?
