What is up with my 2 week old car?

First it pulled to the right
They fixed it so it now pulls to the left and steering vibrates at high speeds

Can I just drive my car for a week?

Also they have to replace the valve that controls the flow of air in the drive dynamic seat.

 

something we at benz have seen quite a bit of, first infamous fix by service department is to switch the right and left tires, they probably will not align the car right away, they will tell you to drive it for a 1000-2000 miles, also have had problems with the continental tires. be persistent with your complaint to the service department, always check the air pressure in the tires after they say it is fixed, and mark the wheels so you know where they are moving them to
